Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to enquiries, appointments, products, gift vouchers and services supplied by Little Imprints. By confirming a booking or purchase, you agree to these terms.

Our services

Little Imprints creates handcrafted hand and foot casting keepsakes. Because every casting is made individually, minor variations in colour, texture, finish, framing and positioning are natural and are not defects. We will discuss the selected design and finish with you before production begins.

Customer responsibilities

A parent or legal guardian must approve services involving a child and remain responsible for the child during the appointment. Please tell us before the appointment about any allergy, skin sensitivity, medical concern or other circumstance that may affect safe participation.

Bookings, payments and cancellations

Appointments are subject to availability. Any deposit, balance, turnaround time and collection or delivery arrangements will be confirmed before the booking is finalised. Work may not begin until the required deposit or payment has been received.

If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please contact Little Imprints as soon as possible. Any cancellation, rescheduling or non-attendance fee will be disclosed when you book. Where Little Imprints must change an appointment, we will offer a suitable alternative or any remedy required by law.

Completion and collection

Completion times are estimates because each piece is handcrafted. We will contact you when the keepsake is ready. Customers are responsible for checking their contact and delivery details and for collecting the finished piece within the agreed period.

Gift vouchers

Gift voucher value, expiry information and any conditions of use will be shown on the voucher or supplied at purchase. Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

Consumer guarantees

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If there is a problem with a product or service, please contact us so we can assess it and provide an appropriate remedy.
