How old does my baby need to be?
Castings can be created from the newborn stage onward. Each appointment is adapted to your baby's age and comfort.
How long does a casting appointment take?
We recommend allowing up to an hour. This gives us time to work gently and pause whenever your baby needs feeding, settling or a cuddle.
What if my baby is unsettled or wriggly?
That is completely normal. The appointment is relaxed and unhurried, and we can take breaks and work around your baby's needs.
Is the casting process gentle?
Yes. Your baby's comfort is always our priority, and the process is carefully managed to capture the detail of little hands and feet as gently as possible.
What should I bring to the appointment?
Please bring your usual feeding and changing essentials. You are also welcome to bring photographs or design ideas you may want included in the finished frame.
Can you create sibling or family castings?
Yes. Little Imprints offers options for siblings and families as well as individual baby hand and foot castings.
Do I need to choose the frame and finish beforehand?
No. We can guide you through the available frame sizes, casting finishes and layouts so you can choose a combination that suits your home and style.
How long will my finished piece take?
Each piece is finished by hand, so completion times can vary. We will confirm the expected timeframe when you place your order.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes. Digital gift vouchers are available in $50, $100, $150 and $200 amounts, or a custom value, and can be emailed directly to the purchaser or recipient.
Where is Little Imprints located?
Little Imprints is based in Sydney, NSW. Appointment details and the location will be confirmed when your booking is arranged.
